Changes at Nitsua Group

As our business operations are adapting in the market, we have changed our business direction from a project management, workshop and used mining equipment part supplier and short term holiday rental management and services business.

We have now moved away from the workshop and used mining equipment part supplier areas and have relocated our business from Beresfield. Our focus now is in onsite Project Management services and continuing short term holiday rental management and services.

Post Covid-19 Update and Business Diversification

Like most businesses, Nitsua Group has needed to adapt and change over the past few years in order to provide services to our customers whilst working around restrictions on travel and and face-to-face interactions.

During this period we have began to diversify our business and we are proud to announce our expansion into short term holiday rental services. Nitsua Group is now working as Facilitators on behalf of owners and hosts assisting with short term holiday rentals through platforms such as Airbnb. We have also commenced short term holiday rental cleaning services owners and hosts allowing them to maximise their tenancy’s by providing quick turnaround cleans.

Busy year so far and branding

Nitsua Group has had a busy year so far since moving into our new premises. 

We have been working for a major customer managing the overhaul of nine tunnelling machines through repairers in the Newcastle area and utilising the customers facilities and personnel in Sydney. We have also been providing supervision at one of the customers sites in Sydney up to 3 days each week. The job has gone well with the equipment being full assembled, commissioned, 8 hour test runs, disassembled and reaching the relative customer sites on time.

In the time we aren't working for customers, we have worked to improve our workshop layout by installing pallet racking, additional shelving and purchasing tooling to support our activities. We have recently completed the overhaul of a Waracar traction gearbox and are currently undertaking the overhaul of two Waracar cable spooling boxes.

We are also working on our brand recognition in the market place. We have had the Nitsua Group name and logo put onto our building and vehicle - keep an eye out for us around Newcastle!

New premises update

Nitsua Group is continuing to set up our new premises with purchases of workshop equipment such as a forklift, tool kits and power tools to support our work.

We are undertaking component overhauls for mining equipment. A recent completed overhaul is a PT Tech 381 Waracar brake unit. This unit has had PT Tech genuine brake discs, spring kit and bearing & seal kit fitted. It has had all fasteners replaced and been bench tested as per PT Tech procedures and is painted up ready for delivery.

New Premises

Nitsua Group has moved - we are now at Unit 6, 21 Babilla Close Beresfield NSW. 

This site allows Nitsua Group to have both our office and warehouse at one site. We are also setting up a small workshop capable of mechanical and minor fabrication work.
